Restarting the Dongle Service via our Desktop Icon

This article will take you through the process of getting your dongle service restarted using our desktop icon.

On occasion, you may get the following warning which means that your “hasplms” service has stopped running, therefore the software will not open when you click the icon.

 

With the new release of RoofWright we have included a new icon as part of the install.

Simply double-click on this icon and it will reinstall the dongle drivers which will initiate the ‘hasplms’ service.

You should then be able to run the software.
